Discussion on Health Condition Development of Our Employee Based on Economic Evaluation on Health Condition of Employee in Japan and America

本文通过对美、日职工的健康评价以及对我国职工的健康分析提出 ,充分认识职工健康与企业发展的相互关系 ,积极建立医疗诊断与健康体育的联合体系 ,发挥国家制度优势与政府部门的宏观管理职能 ,构建完善的职工健康管理制度与实施系统 。

Through evaluation health condition of employee in China,Japan and America,this paper puts forward that we should fully understand the relationship between health condition of employee and enterprise development,actively set up united system of clinical diagnosis and health sports,use the advantage of macro-management function of government department,construct perfect employee's health management and implementation system in order to meet the international challenge and development.
