The function of nursing department in the hospital accreditation

护理部在医院评审过程中具有关键性作用 ,通过护理部对全院护理工作及护理人员进行宏观管理 ,制定相应的护理管理措施和工作制度 ,并组织进行监督和实施 ,使全院各级护理人员统一认识 ,提高水平 ,落实制度 ,达到持续的质量改进。通过评审体会到 :转变观念和统一认识是做好评审工作的基础 ,加强学习是做好评审的原动力 ,贯彻评审标准要与医院的实际相结合 ,护理管理要追求卓越 。

Nursing department plays key role in the process of hospital accreditation. Through macro management of all the nursing staff and nursing service in the hospital, setting up corresponding administrative measures and rules,and organizing supervision and implement,all the nursing staff in our hospital achieved the unification of thought and the improvement of nursing, the rules were fulfilled and the quality of nursing got improved continually.From the process of hospital accreditation,we recognized that changing idea and unifying thought are the basis of hospital accreditation,and enhancing learning is the impetus of hospital accreditation.The criterion of accreditation should be combined with the practice of hospital.
