我国护理人力资源开发与管理中存在的问题及对策 被引量:40

摘要 目的 合理进行护理人力资源开发与管理。方法 从人力资源开发与管理范畴 :人与事的匹配、人员需求与工作报酬的匹配、人与人的协调合作、工作与工作的协调合作等角度寻找护理人力资源开发与管理中存在的问题 ,提出加大宣传力度、改进薪酬方案、组织系统培训、有效利用资源、提高护士工作积极性和满足感、减少内部摩擦等建议。结果 建立、健全适应现代护理需求的人力资源开发与管理机制。结论 只有充分认识目前护理人力资源开发与管理中存在的问题 ,实现“以人为中心”的“人本主义”管理 。 objective To make the exploitation and management of nursing human resource more reasonable.Method To look for the problems from the aspects of human resource exploitation and management, which including the matching of person and tasks, needs and reward, coordination of staff, coordination of tasks,et al.Also, this article put forward the suggestions including enhancing the power of publicize, improving the reward project, organizing systematic training, making full use of the resources, promoting nurses’ motivation and satisfaction, and reducing inner conflict,et al.Result From this practice, we established a perfect human resource exploitation and management system,which was fit for the needs of modern nursing.Conclusion To achieve the biggest output with the minimum input, we should attach importance to recognize the current problems in nursing human resource exploitation and management, and carry out the “humanistic management” which is “person-centered”.Author’s address:Department of Orthopedics,the Third Hospital of Wuhan City, Wuhan 430060, China
