摘要
该文介绍了一种确定字符图像的旋转不变性特征的方法。这种方法总体上来说分两步进行。第一步,利用标准矩将字符图像标准化,如将图像调整到原点是其重心的位置,将图像的尺寸转化为一定大小,图像的总象素值为一指定值;第二步,利用Zernike矩来确定数字图像的旋转不变性特征。文章还给出了利用该方法做的一个证明旋转不变性的实验。
A method in two steps of how to get the rotation invariant features is introduced in this paper.Step one,normalizing the character image using regular moments,such as moving the original of the image to the centroid,enlarging or reducing the image shape to ensuring the total number of image pixels a predetermined value;step two ,get the image's rotation invariant features using Zernike moments.And there is a experiment of testifying the invariance.
