摘要
采用ANSYS分析计算大型推力关节轴承分别承受轴向、径向和轴径向复合载荷时,轴承内外圈接触表面压力分布规律、压力与变形间的关系,为该类轴承的设计与结构优化提供理论依据,以提高轴承在实际使用中的可靠性与安全性。
As to the large-scale thrust joint bearing, the authors calculate the pressure distribution on its inner and out contact surface as well as the relationship between pressure and deformation under the load cases of axial force, radial force and complex loading respectively. The numerical results can be used to the design and structural optimization in order to enhance both of reliability and safety of the bearing.
