43例食管癌术前放射治疗后的癌组织及淋巴结反应的比较

Comparison of radioresponse of primary and metastatic lymph modes after preoperative radio-therapy of 43 cases of esoph-ageal carcinoma

目的:比较食管癌术前放射治疗后的原发灶癌组织及转移性淋巴结的反应。方法:筛选出43例已有淋巴结转移的食管癌病理切片,观察它们的原发灶、转移淋巴结及未转移淋巴结放射治疗后的形态学变化的差别。结果:43例切除的食管癌标本,原发肿瘤放射治疗反应Ⅰ度21例,Ⅱ度16例,Ⅲ度6例;转移的淋巴结放射治疗反应Ⅰ度26例,Ⅱ度13例,Ⅲ度4例。结论:淋巴结转移癌放射治疗后形态学改变似略小于原发灶组织。

M e t h o d s : The radioreponses of primary and metastatic lymph nodes of 30speci- mens of esophageal carcinoma were com- pared pathologically with emphasis on their degree of response. Results: In terms of the triple degree system , the primary lesion showed that there were degree Ⅰ 21 , degree Ⅱ 16 and degree Ⅲ 6 . the metastatic lymph nodes showed that there were degree I 26, degreeⅡ13 and degree Ⅲ4. Conclusions: The mor- phological changes in the metastatic lymph nodes, in terms of the taiple de- gree system, were less than those of the primary leson of esophageal carcinoma.
