摘要
目的 :探讨金属硫蛋白 (MT)在乳腺癌中表达的状况。方法 :采用免疫组化S -P方法。检测 5 7例乳腺癌中MT表达的情况。结果 :MT在乳腺癌组织中的总阳性率为 5 9.6 5 %。浸润性导管癌、单纯癌和髓样癌中MT的阳性率分别是 6 9.0 5 %、80 .0 0 %、10 .0 0 % ,髓样癌和其他组有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。MT的表达与淋巴是否转移相关性不明显。结论
Objective To study the exprssion of MT in breast cancer. Methods: Examined the positive rates of MT in 57 cases of breast cancer by the way of immunohistochemical method. Results: The total positive rate of MTwas 59.65%. And the respective positive rates of MT were 69.05%(29/42)and 80.00%(5/4)and10.00(1/10) in infiltrative ductlal carcinoma、simplex carcinoma and medullary carcinoma. The rates among the three groups had significant ralationship.There was association between MT expression and lymph node metastasis, but not significant. Conclusion Examining the MT expression, can provide reference for chemotherapy.
