摘要
目的 :调查健康汉族献血员MBL含量。方法 :用MBLELISA方法测定血浆MBL的浓度。结果 :所检测健康汉族献血员女性的MBL的含量为 2 .5 36± 0 .5 31(mg/L ) ,男性为 2 .86 5± 0 .6 90 (mg/L )。结论 :测定出健康献血员的血浆MBL的含量 。
Objective: To measure the content of plasma MBL from the health blood donor. Methods: The MBL plasma concentrations were measured by ELISA. Results: The average of plasma MBL concentration in health female donors was 2.536±0.531(mg/L), and that in male was 2.865±0.690(mg/L ) .Conclusion: The MBL plasma concentrations have been determined in health blood doner ,The concentration in health male is a little higher than that of female .
