There are three achievements of the novel. 'The story of the Golden Lock', in the narrative style: 1)First, the novel impresses us with the echo of one then another figure in the context every now and again. 2)The metaphor is vivid, special and easy to grasp. There is much symbol that its images are bright and appears in the context. The exaggeration combines with the image to express the meaning of the author according to the changing occasions.3)Third, the novel enjoys deep feelings and tender voice of the narrative, rich color of the description, smooth emotion of the expression and philosophical meaning of the discussion.
