浅谈实施目标管理应注意的三个问题

摘要 目标管理在实施的过程中注意以“人”为核心 ,充分发挥目标管理的激励作用 ;以“事”为重点 ,合理确定工作目标 ;在兑现中不能忽视“情”的感召作用。对当今社会中的企。 Target management should be people-centeted in its implementation so as to bestpromote people's incentives to work well and should have work as its emphasis so as to set rational goals . Meamnwhile, emotion is also an important factor that cannnot be neglested. The present study explores, from the three over-mentioned aspects, ways to improve the management capability and working efficiency in enterprises, institutisons and administration departments.
