摘要
本研究通过对 42 0名本科毕业生和研究生毕业生的问卷调查 ,考察了当前毕业生职业决策自我效能的性别和学历差异 ,并进一步探讨了职业决策自我效能与毕业生自我评估之间的关系。结果表明 :整体上看毕业生职业决策中问题解决部分的自我效能比较低 ;多因素回归分析的结果表明自我评估的 4个维度对职业决策困难中的五个部分分别也有不同的影响。
The present study explored the relationship between self-efficacy and career decision of university students.420 students in Zhejiang University were asked to fill in a questionnaire of self-efficacy and career decision.It was found that:(1)All the subjects had relatively low score of the self-efficacy of problem solving;(2)Multiple regression analysis indicated a significant influence of Self-Evaluation on the career decision;(3)There were gender and grade difference of both self-efficacy and career decision.
