十五大以来，我国法治化进程以前所未有的速度发展和完善，但法制建设也存在一些问题，执法不公现象尤显突出。本文着重探讨了执法不公的严重社会危害性，分析了造成执法不公的经济、政治、思想等诸多方面的原因, 进而提出了当前控减执法不公现象的对策, 并力图做到标本兼治。

After the l5th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, rule-by-law progress in our country develops and improves faster than ever before, but there still exist some problems, especially in justice in executing laws. In this article, the author mainly explains the serious social damage of in justice in executing laws, analyzes the economical, Political and ideological causes, Puts out the solution of controlling and reducing the unjust deeds in executing laws, and at last tries to solve almost al1 problems.
