摘要
学生的学业不良,不完全是由智力因素造成的,非智力因素、教育因素、环境因素等也是影响学生学业的重要因素。如果教师找到学生学业不良的原因,采取针对性的措施,大部分学业不良的学生是可以得到转化的。
Intelligence is not the only factor that causes backwardness. Non-intelligence and educational factors are also involved. It is important that teachers know the real cause so as to take effective measures to improve the learning efficiency of backward students.
