摘要
闽东地区采用人工挖孔桩作为多高层建筑的基础是比较普遍的,但由于受场地地下水及地质条的不利影响,加之不合理的设计,常给建设单位带来工程事故类型也是较多的,对其处理的方法是否正确以及经济性能的分析比较就显得非常重要了。文章详细介绍了闽东某商业广场人工挖孔桩采用桩底压力注浆前后的检测结果,对工程桩的质量事故原因以及注浆补强方案进行了分析,说明加强设计、施工等部门的管理是非常必要的。
It is Common that manual hole excavated pile is applved as foundation in multi-storey buildings in the east of Fujian. Meanwhile, many accidents are caused by applying manual hole excavated pile. As a result of effect of underground water and geological disadvantage as well as irrational design. Therefore, whether the method of dealing with is Correct or not and analysis comparison of econmic property is very important. The paper introduces in detail the result of the pressure before and after injection grout delived from the bottom of pile applied to manual hole excavated pile in Some commercial mall in the east of Fujian province, the author analyzes accident Cause of the engineering pile's quality and failure of remedial programme of injection grout and illustrates that it is very important to strengthen the management of design and construction department.
