This paper analyses the infiltration and effects of Chinese traditional culture to Mao Zedong. It analyses the complicated and inner spiritual link of Mao Zedong and Chinese traditional culture by explaining that Mao Zedong endeavour to overcome the tie of Chinese traditional culture as well as showing the merit and fault for developing the useful and discarding the waste, reforming the old and bringing forth new ideas for Chinese traditional culture.
