摘要
随着“中央广播电视大学人才培养模式改革和开放教育试点”项目的深入和普及,人们对素质教育内涵的理解也由简单的开展几项活动,发展到提高大学生的实践能力、动手能力、创新能力,上升到素质教育是一种教育思想、教育观念,而非一种教育形式。它贯穿于人才培养的全过程,渗透在日常的教学活动中。从这个意义上说,远程开放教育与素质教育具有某种统一性,而实施素质教育,是时代对电大现代远程教育提出的新课题。
With the deepening and popularizing of the item - 'talents training mode and open-education experimental unit', people's cognition of the nature of quality education has evolved from the performing of simply a few activities to the raising of students' practical ability, manual ability and creative ability; and finally to the conception that quality education is a thought of education instead of a form. Thus, it should be carried throughout the whole course of teaching. In this point, distance education and quality education is unified to certain extent while the performance of quality education is a new project to modern distance education of TVU.
