The progress of the times requires the teachers to improve themselves by all means. Otherwise,they will be eliminated by society. Teachers' ways to develop are mainly based on having extensive knowledge and developing with the times and improving themselves during the course of self-examination and feeding-back in their teaching. The greatest obstacles influencing the development of the whole teachers are the system of personal placement and teaching assessment which interminggle the good with the bad. The greatest obstacle influencing the development of their own are the factors of individual and organizational environments.
