摘要
通过对加工柴油机机体(两侧面)强力高效铣削专用夹具的应用研究,不仅从根本上解决了机体两侧面加工长期存在的扭曲变形难题,而且还对在大进给量高速强力铣削的加工状态下,如何提高夹具的适应能力进行了有益的探索,并取得了明显的效果。
This paper elaborates the application of the special fixture of milling machine that is used in the machining cylinder block of diesel engine (the face of both side) by high effective and heavy cutting. That not only solves the difficult problems of the distortion existing for a long time, but also makes profitable research in how to improve the adapting ability of the special fixture and obtain the manifest effect under the machining state of heavy-feed, high-speed and heavy-cutting.
