摘要
DI型移动室带式真空滤机在催化剂二套分子筛车间生产过程中承担着回收液的过滤、洗涤任务。针对该机存在的问题,将主回路由原气动控制改为电控,使改造后的控制系统可靠性明显增强,提高了滤机的有效工作时间。
Band vacuum filters of DI movable house undertake to filtrate and wash the recovery liquid in the process of production of catalystic sieve shops.In view of the existing problems of this kind of machines,the main loop is changed from pneumatic control into electrical control.The reliability of the control system has been enhanced obviously after transformed.The effective operating time of the filters has been improved.
