摘要
采用聚乙二醇(200)代替部分丙烯酸来改性环氧丙烯酸UV树脂,可保持光固化时间基本不变而改变EA树脂的脆性,讨论了改性剂用量、催化剂选择、温度控制,得出了适宜反应条件。此树脂可和EA树脂配成UV木地板涂料。
Adopting polyglycol(200) instead of part of epoxy-acrylic to modify EA resins,frangibility of EA resins can be modified without changing time. The authors discuss the amount of modifier, the selection of catalyst and the control of temperature, come to fitting reaction condition. The resin and EA resin can form UV paint of wooden floor.
