摘要
针对高校学报的具体特点,从创办特色栏目、重视组稿策划、审稿队伍的建设、编辑素质的提高、建立学报学术质量评价体系等方面入手,对如何提高高校学报学术质量进行了探讨。
In accordance with the concrete characteristics,the auther starts with establishing columns of distinguishing features,attaching importance to the plan of soliciting contributions,improving the editorial quality,and establishing the journds evaluation systems of the academic quality.And then she probes into how to improve the academic quality of University journals.
