共同富裕思想由毛泽东和邓小平同志先后提出,是物质充裕和精神丰富的统一体,实施共同富裕要依靠合法的致富途径、顾全大局的思想和人民政府的主动介入。
The concept of Mutual prosperity?was established by Mao Ze-dong and Den Xiao-ping in sequence, which is an entia of abundant substances and high morality. The implement of the idea depends on legal wealth collecting means, the consideration as a whole and active participation of government.
