摘要
以普通烟草的两个品种 (云烟 85和K32 6 )为材料 ,通过镜检观察了烟草花原基分化过程及花序分枝的形成过程 ,发现花序的分枝上花原基和分枝原基是由同一腋芽原基纵裂为二而来的。由于每一个腋芽原基只能分裂出一个分枝原基 ,所以花序分枝只能是单歧的 ,而不可能是双歧或三歧的。花序的建成和叶型变化有明显的关系 ,从花序出现的节位起 ,叶片迅速变小 ,长宽比陡增 ,叶片变成狭披针形 。
Morphology of meristem differentiation and floral development were investigated under electronic microscope in two tobacco ( Nicotiana tabacum ) cultivars (Yunyan 85 and K326) The results showed that the flower and the branch primordial of the branch inflorescen of the total inflorescen were initially from the same axillary primordium through vertical division Since only one inflorescen branch was divided from a terminal meristem, the branching of inflorescen in tobacco must be monotonic It is impossible to be divergent, trifid, or other form. The leaf shapes were significantly changed after the initiation of floral development. From the first inflorescen node up, the leaf area reduced and the ratio of length and width increased gradually, so the leaf shape changed into shallow lanceolate, and finally into linear form.
