摘要
逆转座子是水稻转座因子的一个主要组成部分。本文介绍了水稻活性逆转座子的发现、分离以及到目前为止发现的活性最高的水稻逆转座子Tos17的结构及其在遗传分析中的应用。
Retrotransponson is one of the major parts of rice transposon. The discovery and isolation of the rice active retrotransposon and the structure and application for genetic analysis of the most active one called Tos17 were introduced. The importance of retrotransposon in rice evolution and the problem and solution of the study were summarized as well.
