摘要
本研究以珍汕 97与明恢 6 3杂交构建的F11重组自交系群体为材料 ,结合其构建的全基因组饱和分子标记连锁遗传图谱 ,分析了 7个与水稻精米、米饭和米饭延伸指数等相关性状并定位了与水稻米饭品质相关性状QTL。结果表明 ,共检测到 2 2个与水稻米粒、米饭和米饭延伸指数性状等相关QTL分别位于水稻的 2、 3、 4、 5、 6、 7、 11染色体上 ,发现决定米粒性状的主效QTL同时在饭粒性状中检测到 ,另外饭粒性状还由一些特别的QTL所决定 ,一些与米粒和米饭相关性状的QTL在米饭延伸指数性状中同时发现。Wx基因对米饭性状以及米饭的延伸指数均具有重要影响。
The present study was conducted to characterize the genetic bases of traits representing milled rice grain and their relationship with cooked rice traits by analysis QTLs for these traits. The genetic materials were a recombinant inbred population derived from a cross between two indica cultivars Zhenshan 97 and Minghui 63, the parents of the most widely grown hybrid rice in China. Using a linkage map that covers a total of 1796 cM based on 221 molecular marker loci, a total of 22 QTLs were identified for the seven traits studied on milled rice grain, cooked rice grain and elongation index traits were mapped on chromosome 2?3?4?5?6?7?11, respectively. Some QTL affecting length, width were detected between milled grains and cooked rice grains at same time and some QTLs that determined for cooked grain rice traits have their specific genes. Wx gene region on chromosome 6 was detected to determine all the traits of cooked rice grain, such as cooked rice grain length, width and elongation index, it showed that wx play an important role on cooked rice grain quality.
