玉米耐旱相关性状的QTLs研究 被引量:11

摘要 干旱是影响玉米生产的主要非生物胁迫因素之一 ,所以玉米的耐旱性遗传改良是玉米育种的一个重要目标。随着DNA标记的应用可鉴定玉米耐旱相关性状的QTLs ,为分子标记辅助育种奠定基础 ,给玉米耐旱性的遗传改良提供一个新的途径。本文综述了玉米耐旱相关性状QTLs的研究现状和应用并对玉米耐旱QTLs深入研究的方向作出了展望。 Drought is one of major abiotic stress factors limiting maize production,so improving drought tolerance is an important breeding target in maize.With the development of DNA markers,Many QTLs(quantitative trait loci) related drought tolerance were identified in order to use for MAS(marker-assisted selection)in maize.In this paper,including the researching status, application and prospect of QTLs related drought tolerance rave been discussed.
