农杆菌介导法转GMCSF基因玉米研究初报 被引量:1

摘要 利用农杆菌介导法将GM CSF转化玉米自交系B73、J7- 3及杂交种B73×A188幼胚 ,获得了B73、B73×A188的潮霉素抗性植株 ,经PCR、PCR Southernblotting检测 ,外源基因均已转入玉米基因组中。 Transformation of GM-CSF gene into maize was carried out in this reseach,hygromicin resistant plants of inbred B73 and hybrid B73×A188 were achieved transformed by Agrobacterium Tumefaciens.The results of PCR and PCR-Southern blotting analysis of transformants indicated that exogenes have been inserted into maize genome.
