摘要 RAPD技术以其快速、简便、高效等优点 ,在主要蔬菜遗传育种研究中被广泛应用。本文综述了RAPD技术在蔬菜的遗传多样性和物种亲缘关系、分子标记辅助育种、遗传图谱的构建、品种纯度鉴定等研究领域的应用。 The technique of RAPD has been applied in vegetable genetics and breeding, due to such advantages as quickness, simplicity and effectiveness. Applications of RAPD in vegetable genetics and breeding are summarized in this article. They are mainly as follows: studies of genetic diversity, RAPD markers based assistant breeding, identification of cultivars or hybrids, and construction of genetic linkage maps.
