杜仲化学成分的研究

Study on the Constituents of the Bark of Eucommia ulmoides

从杜仲 (EucommiaulmoidesOliv .)树皮的水提取物中分离得到三个单萜类化合物 ,经波谱分析鉴定为 6 ,6a -二羟甲基 - 3,3a ,4 ,6a -四氢 - 2H -环戊烷 [b]并呋喃 - 2 -酮 (1) ,rehmaglutinC (2 ) ,1,4a ,5 ,7a -四氢 - 7-羟甲基环戊烯 [c]并吡喃 - 4-羧酸甲酯 (3)。其中化合物 1为未见文献报道的新化合物 ,命名为杜仲二醇 (eucommidiol) ,3为新天然产物。

A new monoterpene, eucommidiol (1), was isolated from the bark of Eucommia ulmoides Oliv. (Eucommiaceae), together with two known compound 1, 4a, 5, 7a-tetrahydro- 7-hydroxymethyl-cyclopentapyran-4-carboxylic methyl ester (3) and rehmaglutin C (2). The structure of 1 was characterized as 6,6a-di(hydroxymethyl)-3,3a,4,6a-tetrahydro-2H-cyclopenta furan-2-one on the basis of chemical and spectral evidence including 2DNMR studies.
