摘要
利用RAPD随机引物和斑茅 5SrRNA间隔序列 (ITS)引物对斑茅与甘蔗的杂种F1、F2 代进行了分子鉴定 ,获得了与含有斑茅血缘有关的RAPD分子标记 3个及 5SrRNA间隔序列标记 1个 ;其中 ,5SrRNA间隔序列标记可用于斑茅杂种后代碱法DNA模板的快速检测。
The F 1 and F 2 progenies of E.arundinaceus were detected with RAPD primers and 5S rRNA ITS primers of E.arundinaceus. Three RAPD markers and one 5S rRNA ITS marker were especially related to E.arundinaceus. The 5S rRNA ITS marker is useful for the rapid identification of the progenies of E.arundinaceus with alkali extraction's templates.
