高校学习和贯彻"三个代表"重要思想,重在武装,反对"包装"。实际工作中,要以领导干部为重点,强化理论武装;以"两课"教师为支点,以"三进"工作为契机,对广大学生全面武装;以学生党团员、积极分子为基点,大力培养青年马克思主义者;对个别教工和学生进行圈点,以吃"偏饭"的形式进行专门理论教育。

Three Represents should be learned and applied in practical work, not go through the motions,ln practice,the leaders should play a leading role,college students should be armed with the important theory with the help of teachers.Young marxists should be cultivated among the students, special training can be made for individual teachers and students.
