摘要
用固相反应法合成了SrBi_2Ta_2O_9(简称SBT)粉体,通过冷等静压成型、无压烧结的方法,制备出SBT铁电陶瓷。采用XRD、SEM、EPMA研究了材料的物相和微观组织结构,用阻抗分析仪测试了材料的介电和铁电性能。
SBT powders were prepared using conventional solid-state reaction method. The ceramic was fabricated by the cold isostatic compaction and sintered in the air. Microstructure and dielectric, ferroelectric properties of SET ceramics were investigated by XRD, SEM, EPMA, TEM and dielectric tester.
