摘要
采用SHS铝热-重力分离法制备了陶瓷贻复合钢管。在SiO_2、NaF质量分数均为4%的条件下,研究了CuO、CrO3等添加剂对陶瓷内衬致密度、组织和性能的影响.并对二者的影响进行了比较。结果表明,在锅热剂为AL+Fe_2O_3+4%SiO_2+4%NaF+4%CrO_3的条件下,陶瓷衬层复合钢管具有较好的结合强度和耐腐蚀性能。
The ceramic lined composite pipes were produced by gravitational separation SHS method.with the condition of adding 4% SiO2 and 4% NaF as contant,the effect of different amount of CuO and CrO3 on densification, structure and property of the ceramic layer was studied.
