不对称性糖尿病视网膜病变与眼局部相关因素的关系

A clinic research about the relationship between asymmetric diabetic retinopathy and ocular factors

目的 探讨不对称性糖尿病视网膜病变 (asymmetricdiabeticretinopathy)与眼局部因素的关系 ,以及糖尿病视网膜病变 (diabeticretinopathy ,DR)的保护因素或危险因素。方法 回顾分析 4 0例不对称性糖尿病视网膜病变病例资料。结果 完全性玻璃体后脱离 (posteriorvitreousdetachment,PVD)和近视为DR的保护因素 ;部分PVD、视网膜静脉阻塞为DR的危险因素。结论 与不对称性糖尿病视网膜病变有关的诸多眼内保护性因素或危险性因素还有待于进一步确认。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the relationship between Asymmetric diabetic retinopathy and ocular factors to identify the intraocular protective or risk factors METHODS Reviewed the records of 40 patients with asymmetric diabetic retinopathy to identify the intraocular protective or risk factors RESULTS Posterior vitreous detachment,myopic are the protective factors of DR;Partial vitreous detachment,retinal vein occlusion are the risk factors of DR CONCLUSION Many intraocular protective or risk factors related to the asymmetric diabetic retinopathy should be further identified besides the above mentioned two factors
