摘要
目的 评价术前多焦视网膜电图检测对判断白内障手术视功能预后的作用。方法 应用RETIscan视诱发反应图像系统检测 2 3例白内障患者 39只眼和 2 0例正常对照组 2 3只眼的多焦视网膜电图(multifocalelectroretinogram ,m -ERG)。测试视野以黄斑为中心 30° ,记录视网膜反应。结果 P波 (环 1)振幅密度与最佳矫正视力 (bestcorrectedvisualacuity ,BCVA)呈正相关 (P =0 0 0 0 ) ,术后最佳矫正视力≤ 0 5者 (Ⅱ组 )术后P波振幅密度与正常对照组比较差异有显着意义。结论 多焦视网膜电图检测可以在一定程度较准确地评估白内障术后视功能恢复的情况。
OBJECTIVE To study the value of multifocal electroretinogram in assessment of visual function after cataract surgery METHODS Multifocal electroretinogram was obtained with the RETI scan(version 3 15)visual evoked response imaging system for 23 patients(39 eyes)with cataract Normal control group included 20 cases(23 eyes)。The stimulative visual field was 30°centering the macular area A Jet contact lens electrode was used to record responses from 61 retinal locations in 8 segments (1 segment=47s) RESULTS Amplitudes density of P-wave(ring 1) is positive correlation with best corrected visual acuity (BCVA)( P =0 000),best corrected visual acuity was 0 5(Ⅰ)and ≤0 5(Ⅱ)in case group compared with that in control group Amplitudes density of m-ERG P-wave decreased significantly in group Ⅱ and control group CONCLUSION Multifocal electroretinogram could be used to evaluating exactly in visual function after cataract operation
