中西医结合治疗急性视网膜坏死

Combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine for treatment of acute retinal necrosis

目的 探讨急性视网膜坏死的有效治疗方法。方法 回顾性分析了 13例急性视网膜坏死病例 ,单眼 5例 ,双眼 8例。 10只眼伴视网膜脱离 ,15只眼接受了玻璃体切割手术治疗 ,术后经中西医结合治疗 11例。观察时间 3个月至 4年半 ,平均 2 0 31月。结果 手术治疗者术后视力进步者 6只眼 ,无变化者 6只眼 ,退步 3只眼。最后视力 :手动、指数、 0 0 5者 5只眼 ,0 0 6～ 0 2 5者 8只眼 ;0 3者 1只眼 ;1 0者 1只眼。未接受手术治疗者治疗后视力进步者 4只眼 ,退步 2只眼 ,均因晶状体混浊。最后视力 0 2～ 0 4者 2只眼 ;1 0～ 1 2者 4只眼。视网膜全部复位 ,病情稳定。结论 对本病应重视早期诊断和早期治疗 。

OBJECTIVE To approach an effective method for treatment of acute retinal necrosis METHOD Thirteen cases with acute retinal necrosis including unilateral 5 cases and bilateral 8 cases were treated Contemporary retinal detachment (RD) occurred in 10eyes of them 15 eyes treated by vitrectomy Eleven cases were treated postoperatively by combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine The observation period was 3 months to 4 and 1/2 years (mean 20 31months) RESULTS After operation,there were 6 eyes with visual improvement,6 eyes without significant improvement and 3 eyes with decrease of visual acuity Their visual acuities were as follows;hand motion,finger counting, and 0 05 in 5 eyes,0 06～0 25 in 8 eyes,0 3 in 1 eye and 1 0 in 1 eye After treatment,there were 4 eyes with visual improvement and 2 eyes with decrease of vision because of the progression of the lens opacity in the eyes that did not undergo any operation Their final visual acuities were 0 2～0 4 in 2 eyes and 1 0～1 2 in 4 eyes The detached retinas were all re-attached, and the disease situations were stable without any relapse during the follow-up CONCLUSION The early diagnosis and early treatment should be important Combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine could be applied in treatment
