The Identification of oviductus ranae and Toad's oviduct

目的 :为鉴别哈蟆油与蟾蜍输卵管提供方法。方法 :对哈蟆油与蟾蜍输卵管进行性状、显微、薄层色谱、膨胀度的鉴别、比较。结果 :两者存在较大差异。结论 :建议增加《中国药典》哈蟆油的鉴别方法 。

Object To provide a method for identifying oviductus ranae among toad's oviduct, one of fake of the former. Methods Qualitative analyses of oviductus ranae and toad's oviduct were performed on shape, properties, observation by microscope and thin layer chromatography and degree of swell. Results There is considerable difference between them. Conclusion It is proposed that the identification of oviductus ranae should be included in Chinese Pharmacopoeia in order to intensify the specificity of the identification.
