摘要
目的 :筛选新疆赤芍中芍药总苷的提取工艺参数。方法 :以芍药总苷上的结合糖为指标成分 ,赤芍细粉回流提取、过滤浓缩、过硅胶柱分离芍药总苷 ,再以苯酚 -浓硫酸试剂与总苷上的结合糖反应 ,分光光度计测定吸收度。以提取率为评价标准 ,采用正交设计试验法 ,优化提取工艺。结果 :提取溶剂的倍数与提取时间 ,对新疆赤芍中芍药总苷的提取率具有统计学意义。结论 :新疆赤芍最佳提取工艺条件用 10倍量水 ,提取 2次 ,每次 0 .5
Object To select the technological parameters for extracting total glucosides of paecny from paeonia Xinjiangensis K.Y Pan. Methods Total glucosides of paecny were extracted from paeonia Xinjiangensis K.Y Pan by reflux extraction, filter concentration and separation on a column of silica gel. With the combination sugar in total glucosides of paecny reacting with benzene phenol thick sulphuric acid, the absorption degree was determined by spectrophotometer. With the recovery as the appraisement standard, the extracting technology was optimized by orthogonal design. Results Effects of volume of extracting solvent and extracting time on the recovery of total glucosides of paecny from paeonia sinjiangensis K.Y Pan had statistics meaning. Conclusion The optimum condition for extracting total glucosides of paecny from paeonia Xinjiangensis K.Y Pan was with 10 times of water to extract twice, once for 0.5 hours.
