口服异维A酸治疗扁平疣疗效观察

Effects of isotretinoin on the treatment of verruca planae

目的 :观察异维 A酸治疗扁平疣的疗效、副作用。方法 :口服异维 A酸 10 mg,3次 / d,两周后改用 10 mg,2次 / d。结果 :总有效率 88.4 %。结论 :异维 A酸是治疗扁平疣的有效药物 ,且药量小 。

Object To observe the effects of isotretinoin on the treatment of verruca planae. Methods The patients were treated with isotretinoin orally at a dose of 10mg thrice a day for 2 weeks and then at a dose 10 mg twice a day for 6 weeks. The outcomes were evaluated after the treatment. Results The total effective rate was 88.4%. Conclusion Isotretinoin is effective in the treatment of verruca planae with low doses and less side effects.
