摘要
为探讨健骨胶囊对骨质疏松动物模型的影响 ,采用Wistar雌性大鼠手术摘除卵巢复制骨质疏松模型 ,术后 30天开始给药 ,连续给药 6 0天 ,分别于给药前、给药期结束后用二维扫描单光子骨密度仪检测骨密度、骨矿含量的变化 ,处死动物取股骨称量湿重和干重 ,并计算骨重系数。结果表明健骨胶囊对大鼠切除卵巢所致骨质疏松模型大鼠的骨矿含量下降及骨密度下降有一定的治疗和改善作用 ,并能明显的增加骨系数。提示健骨胶囊具有抗骨质疏松作用。
In order to study the effect of “JIANGU JAONANG” (JGJ, TCD bone-strengthening capsules) on animal models of osteoporosis, animal models of osteoporosis were made by ovariectomy in Wister female rats and, 30 days postoperatively, began to be given JGJ for 60 days; the changes of bone mineral density and bone mineral content were determined by two-dimension-scanning single photon bone densitometer before and after the administration, respectively; after killing the animals and taking the femora, the femoral wet and dry weights were weighted and the weight coefficients were calculated. The results showed that JGJ functions to treat and improve the descendant of BMD and BMC and to increase the bone weight coefficients in ovariectomized rat osteoporosis, suggesting that JGJ has a function to resist osteoporosis.
