The Latest Development of Cyclooxygenase-2 in Gynecologic Oncology

摘要 环氧化酶(COX)是前列腺素(PGs)合成的限速酶,COX鄄2在多种癌组织中高表达,在肿瘤的发生、发展中起着重要的作用。文章综述国内外COX鄄2在妇科肿瘤中的表达、调控及其致癌机制方面的研究新进展,为妇科肿瘤的防治提供新的靶目标。 Cyclooxygenase(COX) is the key enzyme responsible for the synthesis of prostaglandins(PGs).Many studies have shown high expression of cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2) in a variety of human malignancies and it plays a role in the genesis and development of neoplasms.The gene expression,regulation and carcinogenesis of COX-2 in gynecologic oncology were reviewed ,so as to find a new molecular therapeutic target of gynecologic carcinoma.
