摘要
在对近30年文献回顾的基础上,综述了组织冲突产生的动因、冲突的升级与消减、冲突对组织的效应、组织冲突管理等问题的研究进展,提出进一步的研究方向,最后提出用和谐管理理论研究组织冲突问题的思路。
This paper reviews the literatures about organizational conflict in the last 30 years. The causes of organizational conflict, its escalation and de-escalation, its effects and its management are discussed in this paper. Finally we suggest directions for future research and provide a kind of thought that HeXie management theory is used to research organizational conflict issues.
