摘要
以聚合β 环糊精包结2 (5 溴 2 吡啶偶氮) 5 二乙氨基苯酚(5 Br PADAP)为修饰剂,对碳糊电极进行修饰,于Ca2+溶液中活化后,对钙产生灵敏电位响应。响应线性范围为1.0×10-1~4.0×10-4mol L,响应斜率为-18.37 pCa,响应时间为30~60s,检出限为2.2×10-4mol L,溶液中常见离子不干扰。已应用于水样中钙的测定。
Aqueous β-cyclodextrin and epoxide chlorine propane were reacted forming a hydrophobic β-cyclodextrin cross-linking polymer. This polymer reacted with organic 5-Br-PADAP to produce a β-cyclodextrin cross-linking polymer inclusion complex. A β-cyclodextrin cross-linking complexe modified carbon paste electrodes was then prepared. The result showed that, 5-Br-PADAP inclusion complex carbon paste electrode had sensitive response to Ca^(2+) in the range of 1.0×10^(-1)~4.0×10^(-4) mol/L with the detection limit of 2.2×10^(-4) mol/L. The responding time was 30~60 s.
