摘要
重点讨论了液压支架安全阀气体弹簧的非线性模型、非线性误差及气体弹簧对安全阀系统动态性能的影响,提出了气体弹簧非线性刚度的线性化方法和线性计算公式。研究结果对充气式安全阀静、动态特性分析及阀的设计具有重要的参考价值。
This paper mainly introduces the non-linear characteristic analysis of the air spring of large flow air filled safety valves in powered supporters, non-linear error and the influence caused by the non-Linear on the dynamic characters of safety valve system. The paper gives a linearized method of non-linear stiffness of air spring and linear calculating formula .The research accomplishments are very important to analyse the static and dynamic characters of air filled safety valves and to design the valves.
