沼液无土栽培无公害生产试验

The First Report on Non-pollutant Soilless Production Experiment Using Biogas Digested Fluid

本试验以猪粪为主要发酵原料正常产气60天后的沼液,主要选用紫背天葵、白风菜、紫叶生菜等三个叶菜品种进行无土栽培试验,结果表明用沼液作营养液进行无土栽培是可行的,其沼液稀释比例1∶4较为合适,但在栽培过程中,必须及时更换沼液,及时补充必要的营养元素和调节沼液的pH值至微酸性,才能保证紫背天葵、白风菜和紫叶生菜等三种叶菜类蔬菜的正常生长。

With the digested fluid from the biogas digester which has been producing biogas in normal operation for 60 days using pig manure as the major digestion materials, the breeds of leaf vegetables as Gynura, Gynura divaricata and Purple-leaf lettuce are chosen for the experiment of soilless planting. The results show that it is feasible to utilize the biogas digested fluid as the nutriment in soilless planting, and the dilution rate of 1∶4 of biogas digested fluid should be proper. However, in the process of soilless planting, the biogas digested fluid must be replaced in time, with the necessary nutrients supplemented in time, and the pH value adjusted to slight acidic, so as to insure the natural growth of the said breeds of leaf-vegetable.
