Exploration and Innovation in the Inter-School and Inter-Department Loan in the Libraries of Comprehensive Universities

校际互借(ILL)已成为图书馆发展的主流,而高校内的图书馆院系际互借却处于低迷状态。本文着重分析制约院系际互借的主要因素,提出如何完善和拓展院系际互借的内部技能及其发展。

Inter-library loan has become the main trend of the development of libraries. Nowadays, the inter-university library loan has taken shape but the inter-school and inter-department loan inside the universitiesare still underdeveloped. This article focuses on analyzing the main factors that restrict the development ofinter-school and inter-department loan. The author also proposes suggestions about how to improve andbroaden capacity of inter-school and inter-department loan so as to enhance their development.
