图书馆工作简化原则在开架管理中的应用——兼与蒋鸿标同志商榷

The Application of Simplification Principle in Open—Stack Management and Discuss it with Mr. Jiang Hongbiao

本文从流通工作的实际需要出发并兼顾读者利益,运用图书馆工作简化原则,提出了一种比较科学的图书排架方法——“一格粗排法”,并论证了其实施的必要性与可行性。

Nowadays, opening the stacks to readers is becoming more and more popular in many librariesand books circulation has accordingly changed a lot. At present, focal points of contradictions focus ondisorderly stack and convergent stack. Mr. Jiang Hongbiao puts forward a method of detailed classificationand rough arrangement. But in practice, it is detrimental to readers interests and not desirable at all.Considering both the actual needs of circulation and readers interests, the author puts forward a quitescientific method of book arrangement, that is, rough arrangement in one bookcase. The author alsoproves the necessity and feasibility of this method.
