摘要
研究普通和纳米二氧化钛与NR的相互作用。结果表明 ,二氧化钛与NR之间无化学作用 ,且对硫化体系与NR的化学作用产生屏蔽效应。二氧化钛的屏蔽效应、物理作用及补强作用均与其比表面积和吸油值呈正相关 ,与其粒径和 pH值呈负相关。加入偶联剂NDZ 10 1,可使纳米二氧化钛与NR的相互作用从全部是物理作用变为以化学作用为主 (占 75 7% )、物理作用为辅 (占 2 4 3 % ) ,填充NR硫化胶的拉伸强度约提高 1倍。
The interactions between common titanium dioxide or nano-titanium dioxide and NR were investigated.The results showed that the titanium dioxide didn’t react chemically with NR and had a shielding effect on the chemical reaction between curing system and NR;the shielding effect,physical action and reinforcement of titanium dioxide were directly proportional to its specific surface area and oil factor,and inversely proportional to its particle size and pH value;and the chemical action accounted for 75.7% of the whole interaction between nano-titanium dioxide and NR by adding coupling agent NDZ-101 resulting in the increase of tensile strength for NR vulcanizate by 100%.
