摘要
采用潜交联剂(H)代替传统的化学交联剂,制得具有较好吸油功能的聚甲基丙烯酸酯吸油纤维。讨论了H含量、交联时间及交联温度等对纤维吸油性能的影响,当H质量分数为35%,交联时间20min,交联温度150℃时,纤维的最大吸油率为甲苯15g/g,二甲苯11.8g/g,氯仿23.75g/g。利用FTIR,DMA,SEM对纤维结构进行了分析。
The high-oil absorbent polymethacrylate fiber can be produced in presence of potential crosslinker ( H) in place of chemical cosslinker. The effects of crosslinker content and crosslinking time and temperature on oil absorbency of the fibers were discussed. The oil absorbency was 15 g/g, 11.8 g/g and 23.75 g/g for toluene, dimethylbenzene and chloroform, respectively, when H content was 35% by weight, crosslinking time 20 min, crosslinking temperature 150℃ . The fiber structures were analyzed by FTIR.DMA and SEM.
