高速纺锦纶6帘子线油剂开发

Development of finishes for high-speed spun PA6 tire cord

探讨了高速纺锦纶6帘子线各生产工序对油剂的要求及单体选择,自主开发了N614A油剂,其组成及各组分的质量分数分别为:合成酯10％～30％,聚醚65％～85％,添加剂5％～10％。该油剂在13kt/a纺丝装置上进行工业试验,结果表明:油剂的耐热性、可纺性优异;帘子线原丝的定负荷伸长率为11.6％,断裂伸长率23.3％,帘子布的H抽出为216.6N(1 870 dtex/2 f),完全满足质量要求。

The finish properties required by each stage of tire cord production and monomer selection were discussed. The formulation of the newly-developed finish N614A was as followed; synthetic ester content 10% -30% , polyether content 65% -85% , additives content 5% - 10% . The industrial application of this finish was conducted on a 13 kt/a spinning plant . The results showed that this finish had extraordinary thermal stability and spinnability. The obtained fiber had the elongation at specified load of 11. 6% , elongation at break of 23. 3% and the H-test force of tire cord fabric was 216. 6 N ( 1 870 dtex/2 f) , which satisfied the quality demands.
